RETURNS
The reservation is refundable in case of cancellation 14 days before the date of arrival; up to 7 days before arrival, the dates of the stay can be changed provided there is availability. Otherwise, the reservation will not be refundable.
To cancel the reservation, you must contact Casa Caminer via the email info@casacaminer.cat and indicate “Cancellation” in the subject of the message.
RESPONSIBILITY
Casa Caminer (Esther Inglada Cardona) cannot be considered responsible for the breach of the contract entered into in the event of force majeure, interruption of the activity.
The provisions of this clause will not affect the rights recognized by law as a consumer, nor the right to withdraw from the contract.
